It's currently in the Netflix 'play instantly' queue. Meaning, if you get Netflix, you'll be able to stream it online from their site which is what i'm doing right now. It's about the history of typography and the progression of font usage from the sort of 'hodge podge' styles of the 50s to the clean and streamlined Helvetica, to then in recent years, another progression away from that. I'm a web designer but have dabbled in print marketing and i'm finding the history of design and the insight from different graphic designers interviewed pretty interesting. :D I’m in the middle of watching a documentary called ‘Helvetica’ that I thought if you haven’t watched it already, you might be interested in looking into. Una fecha imborrable para quienes vivimos con amargura, estos momentos. Es que no podría ser menos. Ella, la hermosa Natasha ha perdido su silenciosa lucha contra el cáncer... y con el mismo hermetismo que ha forjado sus camino, mantuvo hasta ahora los detalles de su desenlace. Todo lo cual no hace más que contribuir a un estilo de música y forma de vida, de la cual estamos orgullosos y profundamente agradecidos. Una forma de vida simple, certera y alegre. Fuera de todo aquello que ensombrece el arte. Para muchos esto se termina aqui. Pero No. No para nosotros. No para quienes vivimos a través de su voz innumerables momentos de pena... calma... y alegría...No para quienes colmamos nuestros tímpanos, nuestra mente y nuestro aliento de Eleven. Porque ella, de una forma sin igual seguira viva en cada acorde, en cada melodía, en cada imagen y en cada recuerdo que podamos evocar con su presencia. Pero no seremos nosotros, los encargados de perdurar su legado. Sino ella misma. Porque hoy ha nacido para siempre, Natasha Shneider. 2 Julio. 2008.

Pero, tengo que decir que adoro muchísimo la música que dejo esta mujer para todos nosotros. Yo amo mucho a la música, ya que encuentro en ella una pasión sin antecedente, y es lo que más me gusta hacer (ya sea mal o bien). Para gente como yo, Natasha no solamente dejo una huella, sino muchas huellas y en muchísima gente alrededor del globo, lo cual es muy importante. Me complace mucho poder dejar aquí mis palabras para que otros las lean, y solo quería decir que ella siempre será recordada, por su extraordinario talento, su increíble voz, y toda su capacidad. La música de Natasha, Joshua y Alain merodea diariamente en mi hogar, como en el de todos mis amigos, porque encontramos increíblemente espectacular toda su música. I had no idea she had any children. I want to express my condolences to you and everyone who had the fortune of knowing her. I can only say from afar having never met her in person that she inspired me simply from knowing the music she and Alain created for Eleven and then on to the work they did with Chris Cornell. I adored your mothers voice and feel that she is one of the best female singers around. I was sad to find that even after a month, I haven't seen any videos (i found out through youtube) in memory of her. I have an email out right now through the elevenworld website to get permission to use Strands of Rain for a memorial video I'd like to make to clue people in on her amazing talent which luckily still is something we can hold onto. Я видел выступление твоей мамы в Москве вместе с Queens of the Stone Age (She stole the whole damn show from Josh & Co.)! Её песня «Nenada» крутится в моей голове вот уже 5 лет! Сказать, что она была прекрасным музыкантом, поэтом и просто красивой женщиной, значит, ничего не сказать! Думаю, она останется в наших сердцах навсегда. Крепись, друг и помни, ты не одинок! Es super singular dentro de su entorno, por lo que debes estar orgulloso y tener muy claro que nunca va a pasar, hay gente que no se termina nunca, son iconos, marcan a las personas, tu vieja es una, y estoy seguro de que muchos mas lo piensan también.
