As I’ve posted before, I love this app. They just released an update to the desktop beta as well as an iPhone web app (also beta), that absolutely rules.

Ars Technica gives an in-depth review here and also gives hints of what’s to come (premium service, native iPhone app -woohoo).

I will now remove the “O’ ” that you remember so well, from the Cup o’ Noodles logo. I went ahead and removed it from every other photo of Cup o’ Noodles in existence as well.

The biggest gripe I have with browsing on the iPhone is that when i have multiple tabs open, previously open tabs will blank out- causing the tabs to refresh when going back them. This happens quite frequently, especially when navigating to a page using ajax or heavy javascript. I’ve called AppleCare a few times and they seem unaware or unable to admit this issue. My understanding is that when the cache is full, the system clears out previous data to lighten the load. However, clearing the cache does not seem to help. What HAS seemed to help a bit is resetting the network settings. Go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. It definitely helps but only lasts a couple of hours with heavy browsing.

Some really exciting features- bring on the 3d.
